Diveley began his career at JP Licks ( http://www.jplicks.com ) as a shovel and supervisor in 2006. He was promoted to deputy director in 2008 and has served as supervising the daily and weekly activities of the company, including hiring, training and development, customer service and strengthening sales. In his new role as CEO, Josh will be held responsible for bank operations and business growth. "Josh has the intelligence, experience and skills to assume this leadership role. Josh promotion is well deserved," said Vince Petryk , JP Licks founder. For the past four years, Josh has also served as team leader for the Road Crew WZLX-FM, management and assist the crew of the road at promotional events and concerts. He also volunteered his time. Since 2006 he has been a volunteer at the Aquarium of New England Penguin breeding program. Diveley is holder of a Diploma of Blue Ridge Community College in Virginia and a BA in English from James Madison University, VA. He is a member of the James Madison University Boston Area Alumni Chapter. Best of Boston and beyond For over 27 years, JP Licks has been serving homemade ice cream, frozen yogurt and other specialties in their eight Kosher-certified shops in and around Boston. They have won literally hundreds of awards over the years. More recently, JP Licks has won their 11th consecutive "Best" Award for Phoenix. They received six "Best of Boston" Boston Magazine and three times in a row "Bests" from the Weekly Dig. JP Licks has also been chosen as the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce "Small Business of the Year" in 2007. JP Licks has recently expanded its product line to include Numi teas and loose leaf hot breakfast to all shops and French press coffee in its offices in Jamaica Plain, Coolidge Corner, a Brigham Circle, West Roxbury and Harvard Square.
