Peppermint Bark Recipe

I remember doing this with my mother when I was a kid, but I do not remember everything in it .... I mean I can remember, cut up 40 pieces of mint, white chocolate and almond bark, but I do not remember the ratio. I found the recipe on the line, but they call oil of peppermint. Does anyone know if I could do it with oil of peppermint, or a recipe that you could talk to me?

I made some last week and it was really basic, but it came out well. I have only about 6 or 7 Smash candy canes in a bag, a bag of melted white chocolate chips in microwave, then add in chocolate chunks and refrigerate to cool. Good luck!
