Pop Art Maker

I am an amateur film maker looking for help finding places in the United Kingdom (for very cheap or free if possible) in the United Kingdom. I live in California right now, and have not been home for the United Kingdom since childhood ... So I'm looking for UK aid based on this point. I am interested in Sussex, London, Yorkshire and other tunes maight be good for a manufacturer of low-budget film.

The places I'll need will be listed:
1. At school (or place that may look like a school
both indoor and outdoor venues needed.
2. If two possible two-storey houses with windows face eachother ...
one of them will have a roof overlooking the window air cond.
3. An interior of the house-very old way of looking like a very eccentric proffessor /
arcologist could live there.
4. A interor a living room and the child as a pre-teen bedroom (which I can decorate with non-perminent (removable) posters, hand-drawn art that I did, ect.
5. one or two indoor and outdoor locations, which might resemble an orphanage / flee home or sorts.
6. A tree of a beautiful lake ... that we could swim as far as possible
7. A beautiful open Feild with trees and grass in the disdence for a bike riding scene ...
8. A mom and pop store and sidewalk grossry, we can draw on without any problem.

10. I'll also need accessories ... if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate as an artist to another. This film means a lot to me. I am hopeing to try to film this year in good weather. hey now im not a filmmaker, but I can check two of the ten boxes of what you ask, I live in the United Kingdom and the IM is moving from north to south, in London, having been brought there, I know well. there is a beautiful river and lake in a place where I lived in was the superb and there are many of us swim in it, water is also very clear, there are many fields in this region. If you film id stay around and work outside London in her central London is expensive. where I come from is not really, but all the places that are beautiful.
