Quaker Breakfast BarsI know that sugar is a good step for you, but I do not find all the cereal bars breakfast / with none?

Almost everything is their sugar amt allowed per meal or per day? Example Quaker breakfast bars that are low in fat has 7g of sugar is that bad?

Orders usually contains a sugar-free sweetener called asphatame, or a variation thereof. asphatame is known to be a contributing factor in various cancers.

Believe me, you're better off with the sugar:)

cereals made by Kashi have a very low zero sugar ... and they have good taste!

Special K, and their bars are acceptable choices.

not really. which is fairly low in sugar, but its highly processed. steel cut oats with cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar) and Splenda is an excellent alternative.

sugar is not bad for you as long as you limit it. It is in fact a large part of brain function and I'm not sure on this, but since most meals eat aroung 8 7ish and did not eat again until breakfast of your bloodsugar is low. You might try starting with the juice and fruit (natural sugars), and toast and eggs for protien and carbs.

Just think what you eat and why. No need to Denie if you want an ice cream, a scoop, but just watch your diet. Ask yourself what I eat enough protien, many carbohydrates, not enough fruits and vegetables? Try to learn to listen to your body. I find if I'm thirsty I want certain vitamins in some foods, like milk, fruit, meat, etc. That's about all I can say.

You are right. Looks like you care about your health. Go to a health food store. They have items without sugar and sweeteners can be healthy. Or see the online store of health food.

I recommend the Quaker Oatmeal on the go "or" Oatmeal To Go "or something like that. They are delicious! Especially when it's hot. Put them in the microwave for 20 secound (not 10), they are so good. I had 4 of em yesterday. They are not so bad 4 U, either. They can be found on the island with all the tips and visceral Quaker. (Obviously)

You're joking, try the health food aisle in the market and look for things that are not refined, like evaporated cane juice, honey, malt barley, brown rice syrup. They do not feel sticky to your teeth and are not that high sugar with them. You get used to the UN-soft and begin to appreciate the flavors of fruits and more among themselves. Dried fruit, etc. Also look for sea salt in the ingredients, improves the flavor better.
