Raw RecipesPosted on January 25, 2010. 3 Guidelines for Simplifying Gross revenue I often hear how "simple" raw food is compared to eating cooked. I could not agree more! There is no comparison between a nice simple breakfast of whole cantaloupe and a breakfast SAD bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast and a cup of coffee. Talk about indigestion! However, the low fat way of eating raw I spoke is not the norm. Instead, many rely on raw Foodista recipes inspired by their favorite foods, often called "model" of revenue. These recipes contain various ingredients such as nuts, seeds, salt, spices, onions, garlic, etc. Is it really simple meal? Here are three guidelines for making simple recipes and raw: # 1: The recipe has a few ingredients In a few ingredients, I mean no more than 5 with 1 being the ideal. Not only does this mean that you can actually taste and identify all the ingredients, but you will spend much less time in the kitchen. The ingredients should be easy to find. You must be good with a quick trip to your local grocery store or farmers market. Many gross more than 5 ingredients. They're made with all kinds of raw nuts, seeds, spices and vegetables. Not to mention all the salt, pepper and oil that is used commonly in a single dish. # 2: The recipe is easy to prepare Each recipe should not take much time or equipment to assemble. At most, you might need a blender or food processor. * * The best recipes will require opposable thumbs and take a few seconds to do! The most gross revenues require significant time and a lot of expensive equipment. Many popular dishes first require a dehydrator, which is quite expensive. And because it operates at such a low heat (yes, heat), it can take all day. Not to mention all the prep time you have to do before, his hand chopping the vegetables and herbs and whatnot. # 3: The recipe is easy to digest This is probably the most important rule and based on the first two. If your meal contains ingredients too, it will be difficult for the body to digest it all. If your meal is difficult to prepare, it probably means that there are too many ingredients and food is highly processed. These conditions also lead to digestive problems. As you probably guessed, most of the gross revenue does not allow for proper digestion. They are just too complicated! Most of them are also filled with fat, which slows digestion. Worst of all, these recipes dissolve the most important food combining rule ... Sugar and fat In almost all gross receipts, you will find mixed nuts with dates or other type of fruit (usually dried). Although it may taste and texture suitable for many fancy recipes, it is not good for digestion. Simple sugars like those found in fruits, are quickly digested by the body. It takes literally 30 minutes or less for the body to digest a meal of whole fruit! Fatty foods such as nuts and oils, a lot more time to digest. Just a handful of nuts can take hours to be processed by the stomach and intestines. When you eat these two foods together, the rate of digestion is slowed down by fatty food. Rather than going through your system quickly, the fruit must wait for the fat to be digested. The result? The fermentation of sugars inside you, leaving you bloated, gaseous, and uncomfortable. Put these guidelines into action A meal is very simple with few ingredients can be easily prepared and is easy to digest. The perfect example is known as a single meal or a meal in one kind of fruit. In this case, you have an ingredient, it can be as easy as peeling a banana, and digested in 30 minutes. Not to mention the feeling of.
