Recipes Using MuesliI want a good recipe for muesli bars?

Ok, so I want a recipe for muesli bars, but I can not use nuts or apple products due to allergies children. Yes my son is actually allergic to apples sad is that. But almost nothing else can enter bars. Can you help me please. Foods rich in fiber is just too good. simply no nuts or apples. Thank you

1 cup dried apricots, diced (or any mixture of dried fruits)
1 cup raisins
1 cup cranberries (dried cranberries (optional)
1 cup rolled oats
1 / 4 cup sunflower kernels
1 / 4 cup slivered almonds
1 / 4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
1 / 4 cup flour
1 / 4 cup (60g) butter
1 / 4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
1 / 4 cup milk

Combine oats, sunflower seeds, flour, apricots, raisins (or dried fruit of your choice) sesame seeds
Melt butter, honey and brown sugar in the microwave for 1 minute and add to dry ingredients. Stir in egg and milk and mix well.

Press into a mold lined with tin plate and 12 "x10" and bake for 15-17 minutes at 350 ° F (180 ° C).

Once cooled, cut into slices

Homemade Muesli Bars

Makes 16

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 / 2 cup wheat germ
1 / 2 cup sesame seeds
1 / 2 cup sunflower seeds
1 / 2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 cup raisins
125g butter
1 / 2 cup honey
1 / 3 cup brown sugar

Grease and line a 3cm deep,
16cm x 28cm (base) baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook oats, coconut, wheat germ, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in a skillet over medium heat, stirring, for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Transfer to a bowl.
Cool.
Stir in raisins.

Cook butter, honey and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer, without stirring, for 7 minutes or until the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into a little ice water.

Add to dry ingredients.
Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the mold.

Use a large metal spoon to press firmly.
Cool.
Cut into squares.

Store in an airtight foil for up to 7 days.
