Mayonnaise

All-Up Mix

My suggestion is Borshi his soup, red color
1 (16 ounce) package pork sausage
3 medium beets, peeled, grated
3 carrots, peeled and grated
3 medium potatoes baking, peeled and diced
On oil 1 tablespoon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (6 oz) tomato paste
3 / 4 cup water
1 / 2 medium head cabbage, cored and shredded
1 (eight ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Sugar 1 teaspoon white, or to taste
1 / 2 cup sour cream, for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1.Crumble sausage in a skillet over medium-high. Cook and stir until no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
2.Fill halfway a large pot with water (about 2 quarts) and bring to a boil. Add sausage, and cover pan. Return to boil. Add beets and cook until they have lost their color. Add carrots and potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Add the cabbage and diced canned tomatoes.
3.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste and water and mix well. Transfer to saucepan. Add raw garlic to the soup, cover and extinguish the fire. Let stand for 5 minutes. Taste and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
4.Ladle into bowls and garnish with sour cream and fresh parsley.
I do not want sugar *** If I were you
and I must warn you its not likely you will make good the first time, or the first 50 times, but if you can get the hang of it - its amazing
it sort of taste of Campbell's tomato soup, but not 49cents soup from a can and not very liquidy
It is also a nail plate Ukrainian /

Edward response was very good
Rozmin, who is a regular contributor of the Russian section Yahoo has a great food blog. It has many cool Russian recipes there.
The Russian only recipe I know is simple.
Three fingers of vodka, a slice of lemon, and add ice if it is hot where you are.
