Skin MilkHow to make a mask for dry skin milk

Take the Milky Way.

We love milk. Whether in a glass with our favorite cereal or added to tea and coffee, we love its health benefits and we're just blown away by its incredible use! Most importantly, we love it because it can give us a nice skin!

The milk contains the right proportions of fat and moisture to nourish and soften our skin. For centuries, women and men have benefited properties beautifying milk for softer, brighter skin. So today, we would like to enjoy some "milky" goodness!

If you have lived healthy and green stuff is fine. But if you think you need to catch those late nights and junk food and drinks, try to give your skin treatment - use of milk! Milk contains lactic acid, a gentle exfoliator, and is a good source of vitamins A and D, which nourishes the skin. Milk also has natural hydrating properties and is easily absorbed through the skin, preventing it from drying out. Milk by itself or in its various forms (eg, buttermilk, cream, yogurt) or in combination with others, has an excellent natural product-skin care. We love how it can also help you achieve a healthy glow! Try mixing cream (Malai) with a little flour and make a smooth paste. You can then rub this mixture on your face, arms, neck and massage gently until the flour crumbles leaving out the cream! There are so many uses for milk (Google and we're sure you'll be surprised!), But face it alone can do wonders! There's just so much goodness in the milk!

The problem of dry skin

So you have dry skin? Do not worry, many suffer from this problem and the good news is, the milk can help!

If your face is dry, it means that your skin has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. The skin has a parched look caused by its inability to retain moisture. Dry skin often feels uncomfortable after washing unless you apply a moisturizer or skin cream (which can be very expensive!). The drought is exacerbated by wind, extreme temperatures and air conditioning, which causes skin to flake, chap and feel tight. Dry skin needs a lot of deep cleaning but gentle, regular stimulation with massage and generous quantities of oil and moisture. Thank you to milk, you can now take care of your skin and protect it from drying! Ditch the soap and running water, because even if it can remove the dirt, it also removes the natural oils protecting the skin!

There are many interesting recipes milk for the face there, but we decided to share with you two of our favorite recipes that are ideal for dry skin: classic milk mask of milk and honey mask. (The combination of milk and honey are terrific in skin care because they are both soothing and nourishing for the skin. Both of them have natural properties that help reduce redness and soothe irritated skin, providing moisturizing and are soft, new skin exfoliation. We like honey because it is a wonderful moisturizer, and because its unique texture has an incredible advantage - it is so thick and occlusive - locks moisture!)
