Skinny Minnies: What do you eat? So for you girls who are super skinny, mostly diet all your life, what you eat exactly?
my day goes like this:
~ A non ceareal sugar, Rice Krispies or Rice Chex or Kix, with a little milk
~ A yogurt 100 calories, or leftover chicken, or I just discovered quesidillas 50 calories, so ill make a turkey sandwich on that (no cheese!)
~ Chicken. used for vegetables steamed, but I was so sick i want to order broccoli hahah
for snacks I Merengues vanilla, only 1 calorie each.
I usually excercise on the treadmill to burn 300 calories a day
So what are your plans guys? I'm really skinny when I had the flu, which I hardly ate anything, but im not going down that path haha
Im just doing really, really tired of chicken and rice cereal. HAAH
before I used to have a BMI of 13 when I was 13 years (I had not started my period) and was naturally thin I ate everything I loved, but usually something as
breakfast, nothing too tired, sometimes I had a few flakes of fruit at spring break
Lunch over vegetables as main dish meat potato I would leave if some
snack slice of cake or something when I returned home a slice of toast with peanut butter
dinner whatever my mother cooked roast dinner or something really curry
Dessert-na i usually have one but if I did maybe a yogurt or pudding at TOFE sticky: P
I practiced a lot but at least three hours of intensive karate, swimming a time (most sprints lesson) riding two hours, usually run every day 400 press ups and sit ups a day (for karate j 'were in the British junior team and I had to train a lot, two tennis courts and 1 o'clock a week of hockey
16 And now I'm recovering from anorexia im my BMI is 15, so heres what I eat now
breakfast cereal topped with blueberries
lunch of a sandwich of chicken salad
Dinner Weight Watchers meals and perhaps a yoghurt WEIGHT WATCHER
Im not intend to exercise but I do one hour a badminton table tennis 1 hour riding time, racing in general and sit-ups and UPS daily press
