Vegan with a colon slow (ew, I know, please help)? Ok, here's what I eat brown rice, flax, grapefruit, apples, plums, cherries, grapes, melon, watermelon, chard, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions, summer squash, tomatoes, spinach powder hemp protein .. . I am suffering from constipation, food allergies (gluten, soya, maize, nuts, seeds) and a swollen abdomen that is constantly ok not because I model. I had a colonoscopy and was found to have a good colon (I know, what?! Brut), but very slow. I do not want to go on medication. What can I do? I drink lots of water, two cups of yerba mate one day, no salt. I exercise. I started with digestive enzymes, but I do not know what you. Should I add the egg whites back into the diet and try to reduce some of my fibers? I do not know if I could do. Please please please help me.
The vegetables you eat, are they cooked? If yes, that's the problem.
Eat two cups of raw vegetables rich in fiber (carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower) every day, and the situation should be resolved.
Congratulations on your beautiful colon. You must be very proud. :)
NO! adding animal products will not help.
Try Super Seed Garden Of Life. My stepdaughter had the same problem they do not help him. Keep everything thing you do.
One thing that can give you constipation is too much calcium and magnesium is not enough. If you make any kind of dairy products like cheese, cow's milk or dairy based yogurt to leave immediately. They have a ratio of two to one ratio of calcium / magnesium.
I would suggest as well take a magnesium supplement only. I like the quiet power of natural form. You can obtain a high enough dose. If you start to get loose stools then step back. You can control the dosage form easier to power. I recommend heating it as a tea, it will absorb more quickly.
You do not need to eternity. When your balls start to normalize only take this product if necessary, like when you get muscle cramps, or are under stress, constipation, etc.
Best of wishes:)
It could be due to your food combinations.
Some foods should not be eaten together for reasons of digestibility. Different foods require different digestive conditions of the stomach and by combining different foods can have an effect on digestion.
Look at the last page of this document:

hemp protein powder could be a source of bloat like most protein powders seem to have an impact on this - although they are usually powdered soy protein.
Hm ... you seem to be just the digestive very poor. Look in the intestinal flora and probiotic foods that will help restore and strengthen your digestive flora. This is very important. Then, to completely avoid foods that go against your gut flora or compete for it, such as sugary foods that promote the growth of "bad" bacteria that compete against the "good" flora.
Soy yogurt, miso, tempeh, natto, and other fermented foods (avoid white vinegar (kills plants), such as pickles made with fake it). You can also look into digestive enzymes that also help during your recovery phase, but recommends sticking to foods, not supplements ... You can use these to aid digestion for large or difficult to digest food, but do not become dependent on them for all meals, because it can tell your body to expect such things and not disturb the production is so clean
Visit the Chinese herbalist and they have natural remedies too. Such as Po Chai pills are good for indigestion.
