Smoked Mozzarella

Where can I order smoked mozzrella (Mozzarella Affumicata) online U.S.? Or, if possible does anyone know a store in Omaha, Nebraska sell? His Italian specialties anyone know if perhaps a store Italian cuisine at Omaha.

Just select an Italian deli or specialty food store (Salumeria) in Omaha. If for some reason Omaha did not (could this be possible?? Mama Mia!) Have a good Italian restaurant or pizzeria run Italian-American.

Do you have a Whole Foods near you? They have a fairly good selection of cheeses. Zabar's and Balducci (New York) both sites from the command line.

Or you can get something good mozzarella and smoke yourself ... much fun and so well done, very rewarding! You have to smoke cold in order not melt, but takes the taste of smoke. If you are looking for a substitute (ie if the cheese is melted in a dish), you can cheat and use a little liquid smoke, or add a product to smoked meat on the air but I smoke my own before resorting to this.
