Smoking Bins

I'm sick my throat is not soar, but it's dry ... my doctors appointment, it's like 4 or 5 days if the doctor asks to see my throat can he tell if I smoke bin i just tried like two weeks ago but I brush my teeth and all.and it would he say to my parents

Tell your parents and your doctor that you have been smoking
And stop!
