1 1 / 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 cups frozen strawberries or blueberries or fruit, pieces of your choice
1 / 2 lemon, juice
3 tablespoons strawberry jam or blueberry jam or other preserves complementary
1-4 tablespoons sugar or Splenda
* Food Processor / Blender Frozen Desserts
1. Freeze the yogurt and fruit, if you start with fresh.
2. It is better to put yogurt in an ice tray.
3. Puree yogurt, frozen fruit in a food processor with remaining ingredients, except sugar.
4. They must be thoroughly mixed.
5. Taste, and the process as much sugar as you like.
6. Pour into serving dishes and return to freezer until dessert time.
7. If you wish to keep the yogurt in the freezer for a week, you can do it in a covered container.
8. It will stay cool room temperature for 30 minutes to one hour before serving, or it will be too hard.
