Soy Creamer

As in, use soy cream instead of cream Wipping? All suggestions and / or recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I do not use whipping cream puree, I use whole milk. I would like to use milk or soy milk kind of rice. I found a good recipe for garlic mashed potatoes. Here's the link:

You can make mashed potatoes with vegetable broth.

I make mashed potatoes using the spread Earth Balance vegan and silk all the time and nobody can make a difference. :)
