Soy Lotion

I was in the pharmacy the other day and I found this candle has said it was as a lotion. he said to light candles and blow after lotion forms. then massage the hands. Is this true??? I've never seen before, im afraid its going to be hot when I blow?

These are advertised on QVC. excellent reviews. I was looking for some to buy it would not order online. Where the hell did you find them?
