Does anyone know a simple recipe for vegetarian lasagna with soy cheese, which explains all the steps? I think that soy replaces the normal meat and the cheese
So Soya + Ground / LASAGNA
INGREDIENTS:
2 v. soup. BHI Oil extra virgin sesame
½ cup onion (finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (crushed and finely chopped)
28 oz pasta sauce
1-6 oz can tomato paste
½ box SO SOYA + Ground
12 lasagna noodles
10 oz spinach
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (grated)
2 cups ricotta cheese
6-8 mushrooms (sliced)
½ cup Parmesan cheese
METHOD:
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add the onion and garlic. After a minute, add the pasta sauce, tomato sauce and SO SOYA + earth. Simmer 15 minutes.
Cook lasagna according to package directions.

TOGETHER
In a 9 "x 13" baking dish Spread 1 / 4 of the sauce to cover bottom and sides. (This reduces the food sticking and to be a nightmare to clean!)
Layer as follows:
1 / 3 mozzarella
Lasagna 4 (3 of length with a pass across at one end to complete - topping choices)
all ricotta (spread over lasagna)
all spinach
1 / 4 sauce
4 lasagna
All fungi
1 / 4 sauce
1 / 3 mozzarella
4 lasagna
1 / 4 sauce
1 / 3 mozzarella
All Parmesan
Cover with tinfoil and bake at 375 F. 50-60 minutes until bubbly. Remove the grid for the last 10 minutes to make cheese to turn golden brown top. Let stand 5 minutes to absorb the juices and flavors before cutting.

Ingredients
1 (9 oz) box of Barilla lasagna without boiling
2 eggs
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese (use soy instead)
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 / 2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 (27 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 375.
2 In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, ricotta cheese (or soy) and two cups of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.
3 If you choose not to use the parmesan, just add more mozzarella.
Set aside.
4 In a 13X9X3 pan, spread 1 cup sauce over bottom of pan.
5 layers in order, four cooked lasagna (they
overlap), then third part of the cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella
cheese and 1 cup of spaghetti sauce. To do this, 3 times.
6 For the top layer, 4 uncooked lasagna noodles, remaining sauce,
and remaining 1 cup mozzarella.
7 Cook covered with foil for 50-60 minutes.
8 Remove the lid and continue cooking until all the cheese is melted
up (about 5 minutes).
9 Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
