What is a good recipe for spinach dip without the use of sour cream? I dont have sour cream in my fridge ..... and do not feel going to the store ... Can someone give me a good recipe for spinach dip this call does not work for sour cream?
It is really simple and delicious ...

1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 / 2 cup mayonnaise
1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
MODE
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Stir in the spinach and mozzarella cheese. Spoon into a mold microwave 9-in. pie plate.
Microwave, uncovered, over high heat for 4-5 minutes or until bubbling, stirring twice. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

1 / 2 cup plain yogurt
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 / 4 c. teaspoon salt
1 / 8 c. teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small tomato, diced

1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 pkg. frozen artichokes, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 wedge Parmesan cheese
Mix and cook good. Good with tortilla chips.

I use Knorr onion? vegetables? DIP package, and follow all instructions using frozen spinach, (much easier than chopping fresh I do best), I add the water chestnuts and other ingredients, but instead of I use sour cream without flavor yogurt.

cream cheese thin cream or milk.
or you can use a cheddar cheese sauce, but you will not use parmasan
