Spinach Strata

I need help! Now I understand why everyone hates the stuff. Is there anyway to make my Spinach Strata taste for the better? There are 6 eggs, spinach package, 4 slices of bread and cheese recipe. I do not want to throw it and if that's what it takes I will.

You need to add spices to the eggs before cooking. I use a little mustard, garlic and a little hot pepper. I would not put a package of spinach, is to much. Without seeing the copy, I can not help but more desolate.

Perhaps the cheese, ricotta layers "if that is what you use may be a kind of bland. Try pecorino romano, maybe it will add more flavor.
