Stir-Fry Mustard Lamb Recipe Sweet Ingredients
- Oil for cooking
- 500g (1 lb) fillet of lamb cut into strips
- 250g (8 oz) Snow Peas
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 20g (3 / 4 ounces) butter
- 1 / 4 cup (60 g / 2 oz) Old style mustard
- 1 / 2 cup (125 ml / 4 oz) cream
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Heat the wok until it is very hot and add 1 tablespoon oil and toss to coat around the party. After this, sauted lamb in batches over high heat. Then, remove from wok and set aside.
2. Then, heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok and add the crushed garlic, snow peas and onion quarters. Sauted over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is slightly softened. After that, remove from wok and keep warm.
3. Then reduce the heat slightly and add the butter, mustard, honey, cream and cognac in the wok. Simmer the sauce gently for about 3-4 minutes. Then return the meat and the mixture of snow peas to wok and stir until the meat and vegetables becomes hot and mix well with sauce.

1. Remove any fat or sinew from the lamb and cut lamb into strips.
2. Stir-fry lamb in batches over high heat so the meat turns brown.
3. Heat oil and add garlic, onion, snow peas corners.
