Stoneybrook YogurtPosted on March 9, 2010. Gelatin Free Yogurt Brands? In addition to holdings Stoneybrook, nobody knows any national brands that use carrageenan instead of gelatin? Is gelatin Axelrod free? I ama former chef and now a vegetarian, and I recommend the natural or Greek / Balkan types and words together are agitated or red flags when it comes to thickeners, I kefir, but it is of a little liquid to cook, buy unflavored Balkans for Astro here in Canada, I also bought in Greektown in Toronto, Canada, milk a goat and a Greek style, I use it for tzatziki in cassarola with soy protein on the traditional lamb and my spanakopita. Yogurt does not need any type of gelatin. My favorite brand is Western and it contains only milk and bacterial culture, natururellia has a long list of ingredients, but not gelatin. Most organic yogurt made without gelatin, I think. No Yoplait. Also, try kefir. Its like liquid yogurt. Very Yummy. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Popular Posts My Friends |
