Summer Dessert Recipes

Anybody know any good dessert recipes summer? I would really like to know .. Thank you! :)

Ice Cream honeymoon

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup milk
2 Eggs LG
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream or
1 tsp teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Melt unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling.

Gradually whisk in milk and heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Beat eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes.

Whisk the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely mixed, about 1 minute more.

Add cream, vanilla and salt and mix well.

Add cinnamon, whisk in. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream mixture and mix.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1-3 hours, depending on your refrigerator.

Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Give 1 quart generous.

vanilla ice cream 4 cups softened
6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

PREPARATION:

In a medium bowl, combine ice cream and lemonade concentrate until smooth. Immediately pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze at least 4 hours until firm. Let stand at room temperature for several minutes before cutting

Jello cake. I know it sounds crazy, but getting a plain white cake mix. Make-2 9 round cakes, "as you would normally. Cool completely. Then, take 2 cans (3 oz each) Jell-O and mixed with 2 cups of boiling water. Now, poke holes in cake with a white wide range (like a barbecue fork with large spikes) every inch or so around the cake. Poke holes through the pan base. Now spoon the mixture over the cake jello, half on each of them. Now put the cake pans in the refrigerator to cool for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). After cooling, set the pots and pans in hot water to loosen the jello, put the first cake on a plate, he just gel with Cool Whip, then the second on top of it, and freezing all with Cool Whip.

It is absolutely delicious. My kids love it and I did it for parties and picnics and everyone loves him too much. That's cool, fruity and delicious. And it looks pretty too, with marbling of colored jello cake.

Pineapple Lush
1 package vanilla instant pudding (I use sugar free / fat free)
1 20 oz crushed pineapple DO NOT DRAIN
mix well, then gently fold in 1 cup Cool Whip, defrosted. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
Dallop the angel food cake, white cake or dessert cups .... mmmmmmmmmmmm

I punch bowl cakes, desserts and 4 layer cake. A basic punch bowl cake is just a cake crumbs and layer with pudding and Cool Whip. I made another day using a box mix chocolate cake prepared according to package directions. I crumbled. I took 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding, mocha and mixed according to their package directions, but I also added an 8-ounce tub of cheesecake flavored cream cheese to pudding and mix well. I started with a cake at the bottom of the bowl, then put half of the pudding, then half a ton of Cool Whip. I then sprinkled some Heath toffee bits (found in baking section of grocery store) on top and repeat the layers.

3 cups powdered sugar
2 cups flour
