Tobacco Suppliers

Need help with a paper that I write. Does anyone know or could someone give advice as to where I could find this information? I am doing a project in my class and we have the entrepreneurial spirit to declare all the process to become an approved manufacturer / supplier of tobacco products in the U.S.

I do not know, but when you find me know. I think the food and drug agency, the IRS for the tax stamp, and perhaps agriculture, trade?
