Whey Of Life

I have a large container of GNC 100% Whey Protein Powder, Strawberry and banana things. The expiry date is imminent, and I wondered how long I can continue to use it before the effectiveness fades. I'm really starting to work more, either in the gym or swimming laps, so I want to enjoy what I have as long as I can. If it is a better choice to buy a pot of fresh, I'd be willing to do so.

If you have been keeping the lid on it and the power remained dry, then it will probably be good for another couple of years. Especially if you've been storing it in a cool, dry place.

On the other hand, if you notice that the agglomerate strength is inside, it means that moisture has learned to her and I would not trust it beyond the expiration date.

Idk I have the same kind except vanilla and its been more of a year since I got it but I think its still good
