Need a dessert wine and cheese. Ideas? Whatever you do, keep it light. Fruit, chocolate dipped strawberries, a bit .... fruit pie heavy after enjoying excellent cheese and wine

I thought the cheese is the dessert) to cut the richness of cheese maybe you could do something cool like fruit. so well presented, not only elegant and visually attractive fruits can also be used to clean the palatte and corresponds well with a variety of cheeses. If you want something more intensive labor how about mini fruit tarts topped with cream. new visually appealing, delicious and concentrated for convenience.
How about chocolate raspberry truffle? Some dry red wine with many completing this dessert. All desert fruit goes well with white, like poached pears.

White Chocolate Party Mix
1 pound white chocolate
3 cups crispy rice cereal squares
3 cups crispy corn cereal squares
3 cups bread grain oats
2 cups small pretzel sticks
2 cups peanuts
1 (12 ounce) package miniature chocolate pieces coated with sugar
In the upper part of a double boiler over simmering water, slowly melt the white chocolate.
In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated chocolates.
Slowly pour chocolate over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
Spread on waxed paper and let cool. Break into small pieces, store in an airtight container and refrigerate to maintain freshness.
Minty Cool Party and Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 (14 oz) Eagle Brand ® sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
8 drops green food coloring (optional)
2 cups whipping cream (do not use non-dairy)
1 (18.25 ounces) white cake mix package
Spearmint Cream Liqueur
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipping top, thawed
Line 9-inch layer cake pan with parchment paper round. In a large bowl, combine Eagle Brand ®, extract and food color (optional). Add the whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan and cover. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
Meanwhile, prepare and bake cake mix as package directs for two-layer 9-inch round. Remove from pan and cool completely.
With a fork, Drill holes in the layers 1-inch apart in the middle of each layer. teaspoon amounts of liquid into the holes. Place one cake layer on the service.
