Yogurt Facial Mask

I'll try using yogurt as a facial mask. I do not care if you've never done or think its stupid, but what type should I use? Reasons? Are blueberries healthier than strawberries? Vice versa? Thank you! I'll take all the opinions!

I saw a mask made on the Doctor's TV Show this week. I doubt that yogurt is healthy for the skin, I know its good for our digestive tract, but the flavor usually comes with tons of sugar.
