Âs 1 cup cranberry juice cold low fat
Âs 1 medium orange (peeled, only items)
Âs 1 medium banana (cut into pieces)
Âs 1 cup of cold strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Âs ½ cup low fat yogurt (you can choose: vanilla, strawberry, orange, banana or plain)
Âs 1 ounce of chia seeds Mila
Âs Ice cubes about 8-12
In your mixer combine all ingredients, starting with about 6 ice cubes. From time to time if you use frozen strawberries or orange is very delicious, you will not need lots of ice, so you can add more if you want and mix to your desired consistency.
