Yogurt Without High Fructose Corn SyrupPosted on March 9, 2010. Is there a yogurt on the market that has neither fructose corn syrup and aspartame high? These are two things that I'm cutting my food as much as possible (and I recommend you do the same thing). Went to the grocery store the other day and could not find one of 3 or 4 brands they wore, without one of these Ingredients. Glenoak made a crazy-good yoghurt drink with any of these things but more good things said. See the link below. :) Get plain yogurt and add your own flavors - honey, jam, fruit, whatever. Yes The syrup of corn? Aspartame? None of this if you buy plain yogurt. Just buy yogurt, sugar free, without alteration, without additions of nonsense. try to turn to other grocery stores or internet how to find the ingredients to prepare this yogurt as you wish .. Good luck! Try this, buy unsweetened yogurt and the taste of 100% fruit preserves as Polana. Yummy. Why get in the market ..... No make some delicious yogurt flavor at home .... Of course, yogurt Yogi Bear's. Buy single base yogurt and mix in small fruit or honey or whatever you want. Try "Nancy yogurt," if it's in your area. I think it's done in Oregon. It is also high in acidophylis (an ingredient for healthy digestive system). CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Popular Posts My Friends |
