I eat healthy and drink it!" Let Vitamin Water then! The name suggests that its "good for you", because it has vitamin both the words "and" water "in it. Looking closer, you may want to rethink what you use to moisturize if calories and sugar are a concern for you! Just because the drink comes in a bottle, most people assume that the bottle will be enough for one person. The portion should be one, right? Wrong! A bottle of Vitamin Water is actually two and one and a half servings. This means rather than having 50 calories, it has 125 calories. Instead of 13 sugars, it is 32.5!
